IQ and Penis length

Afghan scientists have allegedly discovered correlation between penis length and intelligence - Is 50% of the population imbecile? - Government of Afghanistan is thinking about political implications

Mazar-e-Sharef, January 23 (Reuterz). "The length of a person's penis correlates with its intelligence", says Dr Mohammed Napoleon, professor at the National Institute of Technology in Mazar-e-Sharef. A team of researchers led by him made a survey on a "representative sample of the Afghan population" which confirmed assumptions already made by Afghan scientists before. According to this survey the average penis length in the sample was 4 inch. 75% of the people with this length proved to have an average IQ indeed, of 100. Each quarter of an inch that varied from this value correlated with about 2 points on the IQ scale. The people with a penis length of 0 had an IQ of accurately 68. "Such a low IQ means that this person is imbecile, that is incredibly stupid", Dr Napoleon explains. The shocking fact: 50% of the sample had such a little penis length. Arturo Ui from the Mazar-e-Sharif city council is alarmed at this news: "We must find ways to eliminate this dangerous element from society." As a first step Ui is planning to force these people to wear veils. Foreign politicians reacted to this in rage. "This is just another pseudo-scientific attempt at justifying discriminating policy", commented Joanne d'Arc, former French family minister. Western scientists also doubt that scientifically correct methods were used. "An empirical survey requires a sample that consists of more than zero persons", stated the head of the University of Athen, Aristotle.
