Writing Life

If you sit and write all the time and experience nothing new, you are leading a Writing Life. You have to use your imagination to produce something new, yet you hardly get any impulse from outside that would boost your imagination. It is real art to live a successful Writing Life but if you do so you might be awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature one day.

"Writing And Talking Instead Of Living." In our society it is indeed not necessary to provide everything for oneself in order to survive. No need for hunting. Even in Afghanistan you can plant and sell certain goods. Others will take it to the market for you. Just grow a long beard, don't use electronics in the public and that's it. On an average you will be able to reach an age of 40 years in this way.

"The World Is Fragmented." You can't see it all, you see just a little part of all the action. The media tell you more. But the media also consist of various layers. Usually not even the journalists get to see the action. They get the stuff for their reports from agencies, which themselves get it from the authorities. Research just means you compare your information to other information - public or what you got by private communication. Investigatory journalism is rare.

Yet you can be happy that you don't have to risk more in order to survive (remember the BEST about which I talked in the last issue?). It's all a game that is getting less and less harmful. You even need some artificial thrill or it would be too boring, not stimulating enough.

Of course we are degenerating as also gene mutations will survive which wouldn't be helpful in more dangerous situations. But well, enjoy it.

I should also go and enjoy it instead of trying to complete this issue today...
