ELSA Announces Integration of GLoria-XL Graphics Accelerator in Dell’s WorkStation 400

SANTA CLARA, CA – December 17, 1997—ELSA today announced that Dell Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: DELL) will incorporate the GLoria-XL high-end professional graphics accelerator in its WorkStation 400. This aggressively priced high-performance workstation combined with the GLoria-XL graphics accelerator provides an ideal solution for high-end visualization, animation and simulation professionals looking for exceptional 3D performance.

The ELSA GLoria-XL is designed for visualization, simulation and high-end 3D CAD professionals. It offers TrueColor at high resolution, expansive texture memory benefits, trilinear MIP mapping, and outstanding OpenGL and HEIDI performance.
