Aachen, Germany - The data communications and computer graphics systems specialists ELSA and the network services provider CompuServe have agreed on a far-reaching cooperation.This joint action includes CompuServe's certification of the high-end communications products from ELSA and the deployment of these products in CompuServe communications projects. The ELSA products of special interest include MicroLink modems, MicroLink and ELSA QuickStep ISDN adapters, MicroLink routers and ELSAvision videoconferencing systems.
In the future, the development of service provider equipment and the realization of communications projects will be carried out in close cooperation between ELSA and CompuServe. ELSA's considerable expertise in data communications means that even the most demanding of CompuServe Network Services' projects can be realized in an absolute minimum of time.
The world-wide data network of the CompuServe Network Services will provide ELSA with a range of remote-access and Internet services, which will bring improved links to the ELSA subsidiaries in Santa Clara, California and Taipei, Taiwan.
With the aid of CompuServe Network Services, ELSA will be able to support its continuing rapid growth with a cost-effective and global communications infrastructure.
