ELSA at SYSTEMS 98

The Aachen, Germany-based computer graphics and data communications specialist is exhibiting at the SYSTEMS Trade Fair in Munich

October 7, 1998 - ELSA is presenting its latest computer graphics and data communications products in Halls B1 (Computer Technology) and B4 (Telecommunications) at the Neue Messe (New Trade Fairgrounds) in Munich between October 19 and 24.

High-end graphics boards for professional visualization tasks will be displayed at booth B1.311, such as the high-end 3D CAD solution ELSA GLoria™-XXL equipped with 56 MB of graphics memory. Also in this hall, the ELSA Computer Graphics Business Division is exhibiting GLoria graphics boards displaying stereo views thanks to the ELSA MAXtreme driver, 17" to 24" ECOMO CRT monitors and the brand new LCD ELSA ECOMO™ 117LCD. As a special attraction, professional multi-screen solutions are being displayed using the ELSA GLoria Synergy graphics board in combination with the ELSAvision video cooperation system. Workplaces equipped with these components are becoming increasingly popular in the booming financial markets, for example.

Trade fair visitors will find the most modern data communications and graphics solutions for the markets in home and entertainment at booth B4.211. The products from the modem sector exhibited there will once again draw special attention. A good example is the ELSA MicroLink™ Office, the 4-in-1-modem that provides all answering machine and fax functions, receives data even with the PC switched off and supports the V.90 standard. ELSA is presenting the popular ISDN products, the ELSA TanGo™ and ELSA QuickStep™ lines, at the same booth. The PC card ELSA MicroLink™ MC all will be on display as an ideal combination for analog and ISDN connections for all those who need an ISDN and a modem connection simultaneously for their laptops or notebooks. Small and medium sized companies will find just what they need in the new ELSA LANCOM™ routers for linking networks and general data communications. ELSA's videoconferencing systems, ELSAvision II and ELSAvision LT, provide outstandingly good picture quality and consequently are used, for example, in the fields of engineering and medicine.
