Windows NT 4.0 blue screen with pcANYWHERE and multiple monitor graphics boards

Situation
You are using Windows NT 4.0 with a video card that supports multiple monitors, or you have two video cards installed. After installing pcANYWHERE32, Windows NT 4.0 blue screens during reboot.

Solution
Symantec has confirmed this to be an issue with pcANYWHERE. Updating pcANYWHERE32 8.0 with the current update (release 8.02) should resolve this issue.
This problem has been encountered with the following video cards and should be resolved (this is not an entire listing):


NOTE
To improve the video output, you may need to run pcANYWHERE32 in compatibility mode.
