Is it possible to use two computers with one monitor?

The following models of ELSA ECOMO monitors can be used with two systems and the signal source is selectable:

ELSA ECOMO 19H98,
ELSA ECOMO 19H99 + USB 2 Upstream
ELSA ECOMO 20H97,
ELSA ECOMO 21S99
ELSA ECOMO 21M98,
ELSA ECOMO 22H99 + USB 2 Upstream
ELSA ECOMO 24H96

the ELSA ECOMO 17H97 can be used on two systems, too. The signal source is not selectable. Only the first available signal is switched to the monitor. You can only use one system at a time with the monitor.
