Installation of ELSA drivers for S3 ViRGE graphics boards at Windows 95 OSR1

Windows 95 OSR1 doesn't know S3 ViRGE chipsets. It might happen that the operating system doesn't accept the ELSA driver. To remedy this behavior install a current DirectX version because standard S3 ViRGE drivers are included.
