• When I click on a link, I get a "File Not Found" or similar error message.
  The page you see in your Web browser has not necessarily been loaded directly from the ELSA server, but may be an old version from a proxy server (that's a computer in the Internet which buffers Web pages in order to reduce data transfer) or from a local cache buffer of your browser. Use the Reload function of your browser to get the latest version of the page. If this does not help, disable the proxy server in your browser configuration and reload the page again. If the page then still contains a link that doesn't work, we may have overlooked something. In this case, please write an EMail to webmaster@elsa.de.

• My download of a large file is aborted at a certain position.
  There are several possible reasons for this, such as a bad Internet connection. If the problem appears reproducibly even after several tries, please try to download the file from one of our alternative download sites. If this fails, too, the file on the server may be corrupted. In this case, please write an EMail to webmaster@elsa.de.

• When decompressing a ZIP file downloaded from the ELSA server, I get an error message.
  In most cases, this is caused by a transmission error during the download. However, if the problem appears reproducibly even after several downloads, the file on the server may be corrupted. In this case, please write an e-mail to webmaster@elsa.de.

• Why can't I contact the ELSA Support by e-mail?
  We attach great importance to providing our customers with free support as fast and efficiently as possible. Therefore our Support team can be contacted via online forms, which guarantee that you are informed about the available infromation sources (FAQs etc.) which can answer many questions already in advance, and assure that you send us all necessary information about your system configuration to allow a fast processing of your request.
