Position Summary

This position is the main eyes and ears for ELSA development from our Americas based software partners. The successful applicant will have very strong technical skills in the areas of workstation and consumer graphics running under all current versions of the Intel based Microsoft Windows OS. They will be an self starter with strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to work on multiple high priority project simultaneously. The applicant must have experience working with a remote team, solving complex technical problems and driving projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all ISV board certification issues
• Document all certification status information
• Manage all ISV driver development and bug discussions/issues
• Document and post all ISV application driver development status information for Inc.
• Drive new features based on ISV graphic engine implementations
• Develop understanding of each premier ISV partner's main applications
• Document all application specific configuration options for each ISV
• Assist with tradeshow hardware configuration on as needed basis
• Communicate regularly with development team in Germany
• Develop knowledge for ISV implementation needs for each ELSA IHV technology
• Work with IHV partners to promote best implementation by ISV partners
• Manage all OEM technical graphic issues with ISV partners
• Communicate regularly with OEM and ISV development/testing/QA managers
• Manage all communication from ISV partners into SUP-ISV team
• Manage all ELSA product communication between OEM and ISV
• Prioritize driver bug fixes through SUP-ISV team based on Americas needs
