upon us. We have been able to provide jobs and a future in our company for many new employees every year. Over
five hundred employees are dedicated to the realization of our goals with pioneer spirit, enthusiasm and creativity.
What's more, we are determined to further expand our leading position in the markets for computer graphics and data
communications equipment. Individual performance is decisive. Regular vocational training ensures the continued
qualification of our staff for the tasks at hand.
Teamwork is our key to success. Maintaining a common purpose is one of the most
important elements of daily activities at our company. Open and regular communications between all areas of the
company help individual employees understand decisions and work toward their realization with dedication and
enthusiasm. A relaxed working climate characterized by friendly and helpful attitudes offers plenty of scope

We have a lot planned for the future. Increased internationalization to secure
growth and market share, the establishment of additional subsidiaries and offices, the decentralization of
production and logistics, as well as the expansion of our OEM and distributor base.
